A lovely walk

Brenda and I walked one of our favorite hikes the other day. Starting at Goat Rock Rd. on the Sonoma Coast we walked up Willow Creek, up the Pomo Trail and Red Hill Trail until we were 1000 feet up. Then it was down to the shoreline and along the Kortum Trail to return to the car. It was a relaxing 8 mile day. We are "training", sort of, for the 200 mile John Muir Trail, which we will start on Aug. 30.
